Environmental Performance, Inc. (EPI) is a Texas- based consulting firm and market leader in providing a full range of real estate related environmental due diligence services and solutions, as well as environmental remediation and site closure services for both commercial and O&G sites. Established in 1995, Environmental Performance Inc. has been providing Phase I / Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), remediation and site closure services for contaminated sites across Texas. Our ability to understand complex environmental issues in business terms allows us to translate such issues into actionable business options for our clients.
